After five years as a sole trader, Mark Okuniewski formed BPM Ltd five years ago in 2004, after noticing that there was a gap in the market for a good, reliable, quality based Residential Property Maintenance and Commercial Property Maintenance Company that had the skills and decades of experience to cover a wide range of jobs.

Year on year our turnover has doubled, and with a fleet of vans on the road covering the whole of Leicester, Leicestershire and into the surrounding counties, we feel we have a good presence and recognisable image around the county.

We are able to offer a speedy response to most of our client’s property maintenance requirements, be that ‘the job you forgot to authorise’, an ‘emergency callout’ or any other job big or small.  We will give all property maintenance projects equal consideration when planning our weekly job sheets.

All of our fitters receive their job sheets electronically.  So no matter where they are about the county, they are only ever an email away from one of our projects.

Enhanced CRB certificates are held by all of our employees, enabling us to work with vulnerable adults and children. Confirmation available on request.

We are Registered Waste Carriers (Licence No. BLT/660505/CB), so you can rest assured all of the waste products generated from the projects are disposed of legally and environmentally.
